What is the difference between Boho, Tiny and Wave Board?

The biggest difference is in the look and size.
The Boho Board is the longest board at 80cm. The 67.5cm wave board is in the middle and the 62cm tiny board is the smallest. The smaller the board, the more dynamic the "riding". The Tiny Board and the Wave Board are also very handy due to their size and wonderful for on the go. In addition, they are better suited for tricks due to their lower weight. The Boho Board offers the large footprint a safe ride and is therefore particularly well suited for beginners.All boards are suitable for both beginners and advanced.

How many kilos holdthe boards off?

The boards can be loaded up to 120kg.

 

Does every board have a role?

Yes, each board comes with a wheel that is adjusted to the size of the board.

 

What is the role?

The wheel, which is tailored to the board, is made of 100% environmentally friendly cork and is designed for high loads. The cork surface offers optimal grip, a secure hold and a pleasant, quiet driving experience.

 

Do I need a mat?

It is best to use the balance board with the mat. This protects the soil and ensures even more driving pleasure. A thin yoga mat can also help.

 

Who is part of The Boho Boards team?

I\'m Sara, 30 years old and the founder of The Boho-Boards. The Boho-Boards was founded by me in April 2020 and is a young company. The focus is on the production of balance boards. I am responsible for the design development, the production in a small North Frisian workshop, the sales of the online shop in Hamburg, up to the shipping and can therefore guarantee good quality and a long product life. This creates personal contact with my customers and that is something very special for me!

 

Where are the boards produced?

All balance boards are made by Sara in a small workshop in North Friesland (Schleswig-Holstein). There is a lot of manual work in every board.

 

Where does the wood for the boards come from?

I obtain the wood for the products from sustainable forestry from the regional biological building trade I trust, HBK Dethleffsen.

 

Does environmental friendliness play a role?

The ecological footprint is very important to me. The products and their packaging consist exclusively of environmentally friendly materials and are free of plastic. Apart from wood, which is a natural and recyclable raw material, I also use other materials. The wood sealing and the wood coatings have been awarded a Blue Angel seal. The seal guarantees that the products meet high standards in terms of environmental, health and functional properties.

Can I take the board outside or into the water?

All products are treated on both sides with an environmentally friendly wood seal. This prevents warping of the wood, creates a weatherproof surface and thus increases durability. Thus, the board is also well suited for outdoor use. It should then be wiped off with a dry cloth. Excessive amounts of water and moisture can still damage and swell the finish and wood, so taking the board into the water or leaving it outside is not recommended.
